Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policy: A late cancellation fee may be charged for all assignments not cancelled by the close of business the day before the scheduled date or cancelled with less than 2 hours notice of the scheduled time.
Video Cancellation Policy: A late cancellation fee may be charged for all assignments not cancelled by the close of business the day before the scheduled date or cancelled with less than 2.5 hours notice of the scheduled time.
Video Conference Cancellation Policy: Conferences cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time may be billed a cancellation fee of up to 100% for the scheduled time reserved dependent on site requirements.
